By now nearly everyone has heard political commentator Alex Jones go on one of his insane tirades. He is famous for his far-flung conspiracy theories such as Sandy Hook being staged and the government using our drinking water to turn us gay. He even said that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama are demons who smell like sulfur. Not in the figurative sense either, he literally thinks they are demons sent from Hell.
Really, you can’t make this stuff up. Unless, of course, you are Alex Jones, then it’s game on.
Sadly, Jones has millions of followers who think he is a credible source for news, including President Trump. It’s beyond baffling that he has managed to create such a following, especially when he says things like he did this week.
YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP
Jones’ latest rant is the stuff of nightmares. If only because he has so many followers who buy into his theories.
He has apparently decided that CNN’s host of “Reliable Sources” Brian Stelter is drunk on the blood of your children and wants to control your life, and he didn’t stop there.
“He wants to run your life. He wants to control every aspect of your life because he knows he is a cowardly degenerate sack of anti-human trash. I pledge before my heavenly father that I will resist them every way I can,” screamed Jones.
This madman is making pledges to God right after he calls a Stelter a “sack of anti-human garbage.” You don’t have to be religious to see how abhorrent that is. Unfortunately, it continued to go downhill from there.
“These people are the literal demon spawn of the pit of hell. Look at him. And you know what, he is better than you if you keep letting him run your life. He runs your kids, he runs the schools, he runs the banks. This guy, this spirit, this smiling, leering devil that thinks you can’t see what he is. He is your enemy. Period.
As if things weren’t insane enough already, Jones wasn’t done yet. At this point in his rant, he really started to take a nosedive. In the video posted below you can see he is nearly frothing at the mouth by the end of it. He is growling and screaming and his veracity is not only intense but frankly, truly frightening.
Read his words in their entirety before viewing the video, if only to mentally prepare for what you are about to see.
“All the narcissistic devil-worshiping filth. I see you enemy. I see you enemy. Enemy. Enemy. You are my enemy. And I swear total resistance to you with everything I’ve got. Disingenuous, fake, false, brokeback, twisted, a defiler, a betrayer, a back stabber, a devil. You will pay. Yeah, you don’t think I see your face, scum? You don’t think I don’t see you, Stelter? I see you, you understand me? I know what you think of me and my family. I see you right back. You understand that? You understand that, Stelter? Stelter. You will fall. You will not bring humanity down. God is going to destroy you. Get him off the screen. Oh, God, they’re so evil. Just please God, free us from them. They’re drunk on our children’s blood for God’s sake. OK, I’m going to stop right now.”
Now, a warning and a personal note: Before viewing the video below know that when I watched it, I shook for quite some time. Jones is officially off the rails is a major way and knowing that so many people look to him as a credible source for information makes this one of the scariest things I have witnessed in quite some time.
And I write about politics for a living.
