Pauley Parrette Reveals ‘Multiple Physical Assaults’ On Twitter Following ‘NCIS’ Exit

Pauley Perrette

Former NCIS star Pauley Perrette spoke out on Twitter this week about “multiple physical assaults,” prompting questions of whether these assaults occurred on the set on the hit CBS procedural.

Perrette portrayed iconic character Abby Sciuto for 15 years and decided to leave the highly popular series this year, her final episode having aired last week.

This week, Perrette posted a series of tweets suggesting that she wasn’t treated well on set and addressed “lies” written about her in the tabloids and the powerful “machine” working against her.

Did Perrette leave NCIS because she was bullied and assaulted? And, who is the “he” she is referring to?

We may have to wait for those answers, but CBS issued a statement to CNN on Wednesday in support of the actress.

“Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows.”

Perrette thanked CBS for their support.

Until she is willing to share more information, however, we won’t really know the entire truth. But, for now, it has us wondering what the hell was going on behind the scenes of NCIS.
