Trump’s ‘Extreme’ Vetting Policies Are EXTREMELY Violating Privacy

The Administration told the Wall Street Journal during an interview that they Amy begin to require foreign nationals to surrender social media passwords and their contact lists. DHS Secretary John Kelly told the WSJ:

“If there is any doubt about a person’s intentions coming to the United States, they should have to overcome — really and truly prove to our satisfaction — that they are coming for legitimate reasons.”

This policy would not just affect those traveling from the “Trump Six” it would also include France and Germany. Phone checks are not common protocol but the new rules would make phone checks routine. The new policy would also require the visitor to give officials passwords for their online accounts so that private communications could be examined.

The Hill reports:

“That changes in the program will affect “countries that are currently part of the U.S Visa Waiver Program. Questions currently being analyzed for the process include whether visitors support honor killings and whether they regard the “sanctity of human life.”

It’s amazing that no one has challenged this yet! The Administration is turning this country into crazy town. I never thought I would see the day when the United States of America shuts the door to the oppressed.
